Current Discussion: Should You Have To Pay For Search And Rescue?

Many states are now considering making adventurers pay for search and rescue services if they become lost or injured in the wilderness. This conversation has come up over the past few years as a way for search and rescue authorities to recoup some of the high costs associated with SAR. What is your stand on this issue?
