Alfresco Bum Joins Adventure Bay Media

Adventure Bay Media is excited to announce the launch of the Alfresco Bum blog. Here is some of what we can look forward to seeing at the Alfresco Bum blog:
Why Alfresco Bum? Well, over the years I have thrown around many different classifications pertaining to various forms of recreation. Ski bum. Climber. Paddler. Surfer. Backpacker. Guy who lives in his truck. But truth be told, I have never purely been any one of these. Of course I am a skier when I’m skiing, and a backpacker while I am out on trail, but very rarely have I ever given all of my time to one discipline. I am what you might say, a collector of hobbies. I do consider myself to be very proficient in many arenas, mostly because I have shared time with many activities. What these activities do have in common, though, is the outside world. I prefer to be out rather than in. I am a fresh-air junkie, or, an Alfresco Bum.
Lucas Will is the author behind the Alfresco Bum blog. Some of you may be familiar with some of his other work, including his 3 On A Mountain blog, or his articles and columns for such publications as Mt. Hood Magazine. Lucas has some great experience in the outdoor and adventure sector. Besides being a Ski instructor, Lucas also takes regular adventures (including a possible Lake Superior circumnavigation) and will be sharing all of those with us.
Lucas’ writing is insightful and entertaining and should add a great dimension to Adventure Bay Media. We are excited to bring Lucas onboard and look forward to following his adventures in the future. Swing over and check out Alfresco Bum.
